BOLT ACTION Panther Ausf. G
I finished painting Panther G from Rubicon Models (unboxing). It was my first time doing hard edge ambush camo, but I think it turned-out all right.
Skończyłem Panterę Ausf. G od Rubicon Models (unboxing). Pierwszy raz robiłem tego typu kamuflaż, ale chyba nie wyszło źle.

BOLT ACTION Kubelwagen
I'm glad that it's finally finished, the model was a real pain in the back to paint and put together. I'm not satisfied with the result, but it has to do until someone makes better plastic model.
Cieszę się że ten model jest w końcu gotowy. Poskładanie i pomalowanie go było dla mnie katorgą i chciałem mieć to szybko za sobą. Nie jestem zadowolony z efektu, ale na razie musi tak zostać dopóki ktoś nie zrobi lepszego, plastikowego modelu.

Unboxing Rubicon Models Panther Ausf. G
Today I'll show you my recent purchase for Bolt Action, Panther Ausf. G from Rubicon Models.
Dzisiaj pokażę wam mój ostatni zakup do Bolt Action czyli Panterę Ausf. G od Rubicon Models.
The model comes in cardboard packaging with nice rendered graphic on the front and a bit of basic info/history of the vehicle alongside with sample painting scheme and decal sheet scheme on the back.
Model dostajemy zapakowany w kartonowe pudełko z renderem na jego froncie i podstawowymi informacjami/historią pojazdu, przykładowym malowaniem oraz schematem arkusza kalkomanii na jego odwrocie.
Besides hard plastic sprues there are decals and manual inside.
Oprócz ramek z twardego plastiku w środku znajduje się instrukcja i arkusz z kalkami.
Decal sheet is a standard Rubicon Models German Tank decal sheet and as you can see there are no numbers higher than 4 which is a pretty big let down for me, because I want to do Panther with 216 side number.
Kalki to standardowy zestaw kalek do niemieckich czołgów i jak widać nie ma na nim cyfr większych niż 4 co jest dla mnie sporym zawodem, bo chcę zrobić Panterę o numerach 216.
Manual/instructon is on the other hand very good, everything is clear and the diagrams show the assembly step by step.
Instrukcja jest z kolei bardzo dobra, wszystko jest jasne i przejrzyste a schematy pokazują składanie krok po kroku.
Now the most important thing, sprues. Quality is really good, the plastic is hard and details are crisp. There are few design flaws, like those bulky tracks, but it's wargaming model after all (and I will cover them in mud anyway). Good thing is that there are two exhaust options for early and late variant od Ausf. G. and spare tracks. I also like that some of the parts like wire cutters aren't cast on the hull and need to be glued.
Czas na najważniejszą rzecz czyli wypraski. Jakość jest naprawdę dobra, plastik jest twardy i wytrzymały a detale ostre. Jest kilka baboli jak te klocowate gąsienice, ale to w końcu model wargamingowy (a ja i tak ubrudzę je błotem). Fajną rzeczą są dwie opcje wydechów na wczesną i późną wersję Ausf. G i zapasowe fragmenty gąsienic. Podoba mi się także to że niektóre elementy jak nożyce nie są odlane na kadłubie i trzeba je przykleić osobno.

A oto jak model prezentuje się złożony. Dodałem więcej zapasowych gąsek i zapasowe koło z zestawu German Stowage Kit również od Rubicon Models. (tu unboxing tego zestawu).
Generally speaking it's great model for wargaming and I really recommend it to anyone who wants to buy late war Panther. I'm especially impressed with the quality. it's my first tank from Rubicon and definitely not last.
Podsumowując to śwetny wargamingowy model i szczerze go polecam każdemu kto chciałby kupić Panterę na późną wojnę. Jestem szczególnie pod wrażeniem jakości i trwałości, to mój pierwszy i na pewno nie ostatni czołg od Rubiconu.

PzKpfw IV Ausf. H
Another model that was finished few weeks ago, this time a must-have in almost every Bolt Action German army - the PZ IV. I'm not entirely happy with weathering, but thats definitely not last Panzer IV I'll paint.

Nie do końca jestem zadowolony z weatheringu, ale to na pewno nie ostatni Panzer IV jakiego poamluję. Zdjęcia wip i parę slów o kamuflażu można było zobaczyć dawno temu w tym wpisie.
